Changes to healthcare at Leith Hill Practice

You are invited to come and hear about the future of your practice and have your thoughts and opinions heard. We will have representatives from Leith Hill Practice, NHS Surrey and the Patients’ Participation Group. You will have an pportunity to hear their views and those of the Doctors, Nurses and Pharmacists. We aim have a constructive, friendly discussion where your views and opinions are sought in helping shape the future of Leith Hill Practice. If you live in Capel, Ockley, South Holmwood or the surrounding villages, then do come along on Wednesday 21st May from 5.30 pm at Capel Memorial Hall, 55 The Street, RH5 5LD.
