I have been a qualified fitness trainer for thirteen years and also work as a clinical dietitian. My aim is to provide a safe, effective, challenging exercise session that you can also enjoy! I invited the “regulars” to give a description of the class, and here are a few of their comments:

"Julie's classes are a great mix of body conditioning and high energy aerobics that take place in a friendly environment with people of all ages and abilities. The classes are varied with easy to follow routines (which are great for people like me with no co-ordination at all!) and there are lots of options to help you to stretch yourself if you want to. Julie is a really inspirational instructor and her enthusiasm is infectious - always makes me feel better after a rotten day at the office!"
